Overview:
The Head of Marketing will lead the strategic direction of all marketing initiatives within the company, and devise comprehensive strategies to drive brand growth, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience. The role will involve promoting high-end mixed-use developments through impactful campaigns that resonate with all stakeholders and elevates the company's presence in a highly competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and brand vision.
• Oversee market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead campaigns for brand positioning, sales enablement, and lead generation.
• Manage the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media, and content marketing to optimize online presence and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with sales and development teams to ensure consistency and seamless customer journeys.
• Supervise all aspects of media and public relations, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, as well as a strong system for monitoring the performance of campaigns.
• Guide a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance through mentorship and development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate development sector.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for luxury and commercial real estate properties.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills English. Arabic language is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
