Overview:
The Head of Sales will drive the sales strategy for our clients' portfolio and managing high-value sales activities, building strong relationships and leading a successful, results-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury segment, and is adept at translating market insights into successful sales strategies


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for luxury mixed-use projects.
• Set and achieve sales targets by leveraging market trends, client demand, and competitive analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and brokers to drive high-value sales and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align on campaign strategies, property launches, and sales events, maximizing visibility and lead generation.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting, data management, and reporting of sales metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on best practices, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay competitive.
• Ensure compliance with all sales-related legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant real estate certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales within the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving high-value sales.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia, with a network of connections in the industry.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and analytics to drive data-informed strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while achieving results.
